    Had one of the engineers booked for an anual gas and safety check. Our boiler had a leak so he stopped the boiler and forgot the gas oven working after he tested it. What if I would have left home as well? On departure I was promised an update in a few hours that I have never received so I have called back just to find out that my part is arriving the next day and they just didn't bother to let me know. The next day I had a missed call from the engineer and then I spoke with him at 8:39 but he never arrived afterwards. At 10:00 I have called and spoke with Stewart and I have also asked him If I have complained that his engineer left my gas oven on why is he sending the same "professional" to fix a gas valve his reply was that I can get an afternoon appointment or call HomeServe and ask for another company and go to the same process of visit , ordering the part and then fixing my boiler....after Blue Flame already had me on "cold" for a day waiting for the part and now they are refusing to come and fix my boiler. Since when did we all got at the mercy of a company like Blue Flame who can just give you a take it or leave it ultimatum? It's my second day off work to get the problem fixed and i am still in the cold. If you value you're safety and time just look for someone else! Now I cannot start my boiler who was opened and left like that by the Blue Flame engineer...is it allowed for them to do that? Is there any gas standards agency where I could report them? Just as an update since the visit from the Blue Flame engineer I have spent 9 days without heating or hot water and my landlord got Village Heating in Harrow to install a new boiler and after I had the boiler replaced guess what it looked like the cooker had a leak!!!.....the same cooker the engineer from Blue Flame said it was safe when he said the leak was at the boiler gas valve and he stopped our boiler. No one from the second company checked if the boiler actually had a leak they just replaced it so unfortunately I can't definitely say that the Blue Flame engineer did that deliberately but it does make you wonder! Definitively stay away!
